Facial Memberships

  1. Membership Usage: Membership benefits, including monthly services, must be used within the month they are provided. Unused services do not roll over to the following month and will be forfeited.
  2. Non-Transferable: Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the member whose name appears on the account. Sharing or gifting membership services is not permitted.
  3. Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the service for that month.
  4. Discounts: Members receive discounts on additional services and retail products. Discounts are valid only for the member and must be redeemed at the time of service or purchase.
  5. Membership Duration: Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment and will automatically renew each month unless canceled with a 30-day written notice.
  6. Cancellation of Membership: Early cancellation of the membership before the 3-month minimum term will result in a cancellation fee of $50.
  7. Payment: Membership fees are charged on the 1st of every month. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure payment information is up-to-date to avoid interruption of services.
